I'm horrible about doing everything except exercising! Get off MFP and start exercising!

What exercises are you going to do this week?

    30 Day Shred level 2 and 3 combined with a different Jillian Michaels' workout each day. I need to exercise a lot because for the rest of the day I am completely sedentary.

    I got mine done this morning! Did a 30 minute circuit on the Nike Training Club app with weights, then a 20 minute cardio session with JMs Kickbox FastFix.

    I have to get my workouts done in the morning or they don't happen.

    On Week 4 of P90X...Yoga X yesterday, Core Synergistics today, Kenpo X tomorrow, then X Stretch, Core Synergistics and Yoga X before the week is through. LOVE it and ready for month #2! Bring it baby!!

    C25K, 30 day shred, walking hills at least 25 minutes a day with a 17 lb load, and 1 hour boxing class on the weekends. AND I'M STILL PLATEAUING :,(

    Already done a bit of walking, the rest of the day will include my stationary exercise bike and weights and hopefully some floor exercises as well. Might even chuck in a bit of dancing!!

    30 min yoga dvd for my back & hip. Walking 2.5 miles. Sometimes I swim. Can't do much else until my back is better.

    After being on MFP since May or so (maybe longer than that?) I am just now starting to exercise. Today was my first day of Week 3 for the Couch to 5K program. At times, I think it's too easy ad then too hard. And sometimes I feel like I'm not doing enough. I'm very conflicted right now.

    I was up at 4am and used dumbbells for my upper body, with 2 minute cardio intervals on the treadmill, and at the end i did 15 minutes on the treadmill on an incline. Tomorrow it's abdominals......
