Jackie Warners Xtreme Time Saver Workout???

I'd love feedback from anyone who has done this video. I'm looking for something to do on my non-running days while training for a 1/2 marathon. I want strength training without any high impact jumping. I want to give my legs a break on the days I'm not running. I have tons of Jillian Michael's videos but she always has the cardio intervals that involve a lot of jumping/running in place and I want to avoid that if possible. Would love feedback on this Jackie Warner video and/or any others you have to recommend.

Thanks!

I had it but ended up selling it on Amazon. Though I love Jackie Warner's DVDs, this one wasn't a keeper. It's a challenging workout, with compound moves that require very good balance while lifting weights. Sorry but I don't recall if it has any jumping. If you are in great shape, and as a marathoner you probably are, then you may like it. Personally, for strength I prefer the one Chalean Extreme workout that I have (no jumping) or Jackie Warner's Power Circuit Training (has some burpee-type moves). Also, IMO, Turbo Jam Turbo Sculpt moves slow enough that you can heavy up a bit, if you want, and no jumping. Those are three of my faves. One I'm eager to try (and plan on buying this payday) is Amy Bento's Drop Set Strength DVD. It sounds really good and Amy is a great instructor.

I've got it. Done it maybe 3 times or so. It's a decent enough workout, but it's definitely not my favorite. Not at all high impact, but it is a little rough on the shoulders.
