Just started with a trainer, trying to consume 1500 calories a day. Any body have a recommendation for breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner that consist of 1500 calories? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    4 ounces of grilled chicken breast or cod or salmon), salad (spinach, tomato, cucumber, sweet onion, bell pepper) with one TBS non dairy dressing, 3 cups steamed fresh or frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, chard, spinach)


    apples , wasa oat crackers with hummus

    Kashi cereal with almond milk

    oatmeal and applesauces

    1.oatmeal with soymilk and walnuts and cinnimon, egg whites with spinach and tomatos
    2.apple with organic peanut butter, low fat yogurt
    3.whole wheat wrap with 4 oz chicken, low fat cheese, honey mustard or low fat dressing, and romaine lettuce, and any other veggie u would like
    4.carrots, pumpkin seeds
    5.4 oz Salmon, brown rice, steamed veggies
    6.whole wheat crackers with fat free cottage cheese

    Thats a typical day when im eating clean and puts me around 1500 calories
  • Sounds yummy! Thanks so much. I've decided 1500 calories is way to many calories, I am at 800-1000 calories.
