Anyone jumping around doing different programs each day? I find it hard to stick with one program like ten minute trainer or p90x because I get bored. Is it okay to do thiga here and there as I find interesting as long as I'm doing cardio and stuff every day? Thanks!

Variety in workouts is just as good for you as variety in food! It's better not to do the exact some thing every day, to at least have two different workouts you switch to and from, so you don't do the same thing two days in a row.0

Absolutely, if your goal is for cardio fitness only. If you're wanting to strengthen specific muscle groups, you need to stick to a program or series of exercises that target that specific group. Have fun!0
