Need to shed the baby weight

Hello, everyone! I'm Elizabeth and I am determined to lose the baby weight. I have already lost 40 of the 60 pounds I gained while pregnant. My second child was born in April and "I just had a baby" is no longer an excuse... she's four months old now. Plus, I want to have my third/last child soon so I want to start out at my normal weight. This pregnancy was very hard on my body and I continue to have residual foot and knee pain. It really sucks but the less I weigh the less stress on my joints.

Also, I have had some problems with depression and self-disgust related to my weight. I have a very negative view of myself and it stops now. I am totally in control of this situation and I'm sick of doing nothing about it. I read a quote today and it said something like "being fat is hard, losing weight is hard... choose your hard." I would rather have the hard that goes along with confidence, accomplishment, and happiness. I love the gym and am working out a schedule to get there more often. It will be smoother when Baby is 6 months and allowed in the gym's daycare. In the meantime, I'm going to focus on choosing healthier foods and counting up the calories.

Thanks for reading!
