Hi, everyone. I wish you all good luck on your goals. I recently put on about 10 extra pounds in addition to the 40 that i've been trying to lose over the years, so now I'm trying to get it all off with a lifestyle change. I'm hoping to cut back with what I eat and be more away of how unhealthy I normally eat, so I can change it. Ideally, I would like to at least have 15 pounds gone in the next 2 months. I'm trying to cut carbs (too bad I just bought a lot of fruit and just realized it's chock full of them lol) and increase my protein... any advice would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks!
