Hey ! Anyone on a Body Recomposition Diet?

Former fatty , I've lost about 60 pounds and I'm currently trying to recomp the last bit of fat off.

I'd really like to see what your food log looks like for a successful recomp. I'm 5' 10" , 175-178lbs , 14-15 BF %. Trying to eat at maintenance (2900cal per day) .

Or better yet , does anyone have an experience with Body Recomposition ? I'm scared to eat at surplus because i don't want to gain any fat back.
