Good Ol Peanut Butter

So again I write something on peanut butter... it is my absolute addiction. But is so good! I can eat just fine throughout the day but constantly overeat on this stuff...
I'm sure there are other fanatics out there.. so..?
Also. I only came close to my "target" cal. and carb consumption today because of the peanut butter.. and am stuffed... without that I would've been quite a ways away from the target carb, calorie, and fat intake.. Surpassing my exercise goal as well. So.. by this logic supposed to lose weight right? Idk...

    i love pb too.
    i don't count cals, but its easy to go over my carbs from it.

    Yeah.. today was the first day I had charted... still having 256 cal. to go, 95 carbs... but I went over by 1 gram in fats... and 32 grams in protein...
    Not sure how "bad" that is... but well... results shall speak I guess
