Does anyone use coconut oil as part of their diet? I heard its really good and helps with weight loss

Tried it for a month with a calorie restricted diet and I did not notice any increase in weight loss and also I didn't like the after taste. So I simply went back to Virgin and Extra Virgin Olive Oils.Does anyone use coconut oil as part of their diet? I heard its really good and helps with weight loss0 -
I use coconut oil everyday when I make my scrambled egg whites. I'm eating low carb, high protein right now. I've lost 51lbs.0
