Tuesday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Front alternating dumbbell raise

Let's do 25 of arm for a total of 50 of them.

Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.

You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

    I'm in. Getting ready to head to the gym and it is upper body day! Works out perfectly I will throw the raises in at the end.
