Thermogenics....anyone recommend?

Hi, has anyone tried any thermogenics that work well? I need an extra boost to get rid of some fat that doesnt seem to be shifting. Any positive recommendations would be welcome! Thanks

    only reason I have ever taken thermogenics is for the energy boost. they do next to nothing for women it seems.

    have more of an effect on men when it comes to fat burning

    I have tried both OxyElite and Hydroxycut.

    Of the two I preferred OxyElite

    In the UK, it's legal to buy ephadrine or ephedra or whatever it's called (from Ma Huang). Combined with caffeine, it's pretty effective.

    But, you have to look around to find it.
