Here are the nutrition facts without Jalapeno and sour cream. I put your recipe on a recipe calorie counter and here are the results for those who may be interested. Sounds delish.

Momma2four, is your nutritionals for the whole recipe, or one serving? I saw the original post said 275cals, and I was pumped to try it, but now I'm a little nervous about all the cals :grumble:0
-
I'll definitely have to try this one. bump for later. thanks!0

I received my informational facts straight from the original recipe itself. I am not clear on how Momma2four came up with her count though. My calories after I made it should have been slightly less then 275 calories per serving because I also used turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. I hope this helps you! And it is absolutely yummy! I am about to eat a bowl for lunch again! Let me know if you have any further questions.0

Hi Momma2four,
I am not real sure how your calculations were counted, but the actual recipe card states the following nutritional facts. Per Serving: 275 calories, 20g carbs, 31g protien, 5g fiber, 8g fat, 4g sat fat, 75mg cholesterol and 1235 sodium as per Try Foods International.
I hope that all of your counting has been this high, because then you shoulds have really been dropping the pounds! :flowerforyou:0 -
thanks zuzana!
It sure does sound delicious! I was a little scared there..
I was thinking I'd use peameal bacon instead of regular, less than half the cals0 -
Well I learn something new everyday on this site! lol I have never heard of that type of bacon. Thanks for the information too! Hope you enjoy!!!0

Hi I just wanted to update you on how I got my info. You said 6 bowls so I typed in 6 servings and your exact recipe to this website and that is the info it gave me. Also your original post did not say turkey bacon so I just typed in bacon.
