I’m not sure what happened yesterday…I felt a little “off” when I woke up…and that led to me making horrible food choices (soda, fried rice, etc.)! Today, I’m reorganizing my thoughts and getting back on “the wagon”! Fruits and veggies, here I come!

Everyone has slip ups once in a while. The good thing is that you recognized it and are getting back on track. Keep up the good work!0

As long as you are 'slipping up' every day, then one day isn't really going to hurt you. We all have those days. You can't dwell on it. Just move on and maybe step up the exercise a little the next day.0
