I've been trying and trying the 1st two weeks i joined I lost weight and now I haven't lost any... I keep going between 187 and 188 everyday and it won't go down. I work out atleast 3 times a week

Just stick with it. When I first started in the first three months I gained 3 pounds but lost inches. Be sure to be measuring yourself with a tape measure! :flowerforyou:0
