No bake energy bites

No bake energy bites:
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter)
1/3 cup honey or agave
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
½ cup chopped nuts
1 scoop Chocolate ( I use Shakeology)
1 tsp vanilla
Roll into balls or put into a pan, freeze & cut (store in freezer or fridge )
Tip for any "VEGAN" (Shakeology): blend for 2 min or put all ingredients in blender and let sit for 5 min as this helps rice protein dissolve

Yum!! Thanks for posting Joan! Do you have an idea on the calorie count and serving size?

I made these without the flaxseed. They were delicious.

Where can I get flaxseed? I've found tiny little spice bottle sizes of it but most recipes i am finding call for a 1/2 cup or more. Do I need to go to a specialty store?

    Appreciate any help.

I used to make these without the shakeology since it was so expensive and used protein powder in place.

    HI.
The calorie count will depend on brand of each ingredient used because they all vary. sorry not more specific.
