So i am not a drinker...at all. I went to a party for a friend getting married and drank. OMG I had a 3000 cal day! I havent eaten that many cals in 6 months. I wish I would have looked it up before drinking those margaritias. but alas I didn't. i could have had a real treat instead of dinking. No on top of feeling bad about the cals my body feels awful!

totally not worth it, is it?

I don't drink alcohol more than twice a year, so that's not an issue for me, BUT...frappuchinos are. I remember about a year or two ago I figured out I was drinking 1000 calories a day of coffee drinks like fraps and regular coffee. GAK!

Switched to splenda for reg. coffee and now I try not to buy fraps often. The small bottles are 180 cals which can be worked into my diet but i find it triggers food cravings.

I personally don't drink , but yeah anything but water let alone alcohol can be a days worth or 2 of calories worth & no nutrition. Today is a new day live it & try not to look back. And on the last part about feeling awful, Yeah & that's how we learn. lol
