Keeping track of calories after J.Michaels workout????

I've been doing the Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred level 1 for 2 days. The problem I'm having is - how do you put in the calories you burn doing the workout? Thee is no information in how to keep track of how many calories you burn. Does anyone know? HELP!!!!
