I had already lost 26 pounds (since the last week in Jan.) when I joined MFP the first week in July. Now that I've been doing this 8 weeks, I have found some advantages. Keeping this log holds me accountable...I've messed up two or three times, as we all do, but I've been able to climb back on the wagon. Many times before when I've messed up, it was over! Since the first of July I've lost 8 lbs. Hopefully, "slow and steady wins the race." I started excercizing and that should help too. I've yo-yo dieted off and on for years. It seems harder since I've gotten older (60). Any suggestions would be appreciated.
