really crave sugar???

i eat alot of sugar i know i do and if i try to cut down even just on fruit i really crave it to point where i will buy bags and bags of jelly sweets just to feel human!
i get really weak and shaky if i dont have lots of sugar a day. i dont drink anything other than water/green tea so i get most of my sugar from fruits and sweets. i cant seem to break the habit
any advice?

I totally understand. The hardest part for me was getting past the mental habits and needs. When I felt hungry sometimes it was due to habit not physical need as was cravings for sugary food and caffeine. I don't tell people to fast because I don’t know their body but I stuck to a juice for 7 days. It was hard but the cravings went away after 3-4 days for addictive, habit eating, or mentally needing things my body didn’t. I took advantage of that when I went off the fast and have not touched sweets and the fruit sugar just does not seem to cause me to need other kinds anymore.
If you just don't eat it for a week (not saying fast just doesn’t eat it) and really will power threw it for just 7 days you should break your addiction, habit, or mental need for it. I am not 100% it will work for you but it surly did for me.
I know that is not what people want to hear but the truth in my success started with eliminating till I did not feel slaved to bad things I eat and drink. It was NOT easy but if it were then more people would not struggle with it.0
