Differentiating good fat vs. bad fat on MFP

Does anyone know a trick to make the MFP reports differentiate between good fat and bad fat? My diary is almost always over on my fat allotment, which I will freak out about every time I see it and then remind myself that at least 10 grams of it are GOOD fat from my 2 tbs of chia seeds, but I would really like to be able to tell the difference on the rest of it. I'm not so concerned about going over on good fats, really just the unsaturated and trans fats. I want to know how much of what goes into my fat category is actually BAD fats so I can better adjust my diet. Anyone know how?

Click on the food tab, then on settings and you can change what you track.

On a side note, fat isn't bad, don't freak out.

Thanks! I thought I'd tried that already and only saw fat as a whole, but I was wrong. Now I only wish I could add more lines for tracking. ;)

The bad fats are the saturated and trans fats so like jacksonpt said, change your settings under the food tab to show them as categories on your reports. My reports show fat and saturated fat since I know almost everything I eat is trans free.

    Good Luck!

Nothing wrong with saturated fats in reasonable quantities.
