As of this morning I weigh 345.5 down from 384.4 a year ago. I have almost 200 pounds to go, but I look at each pound as an accomplishment. :happy:
I herniated a disc a year and a half ago, and then discovered I am sensative to Nsaids and asprin (asthma symptoms). Pain control has been a pain to say the least. I'm working on strength, since I lost sensation in my right leg and muscle as well as I've been working through the healing process. Weight is the ultimate answer for my pain and increased activity.
Activity is difficult to get (I don't call it exercise....it has to be fun and exercise hasn't been in quite a while). I discovered Zumba music...I can't do Zumba....yet, but it's fun and I use the music as part of other activities. All activity counts right now....as I build muscle in my right leg again. Who says you can't move to music while you are sitting :laugh:
