I love the South Beach Diet cookbooks - they have a 30-min or less version and a superquick version. I love many of the recipes, and they have lots of salad/sandwich-type recipes for lunches but I mostly end up using my dinner leftovers. Best of all, every recipe includes nutritional information and an indicator of GI level (based on the phases of the SBD). I highly recommend these.0

Thank you !
What book is it that you have? I am so lost as to what to follow! I'm eating protein and low gi bread and salads for lunch but chicken salad can get dull! & what to do for dinner without having to make it for one cause nobody else will eat it!
Thanks for your help0 -
