Hi

I'm new to MFP but am hoping it will provide some motivation for me to get back into shape. I've done Weight Watchers in the past and have always had a lot of success because I'm very competitive but then completely fall off the wagon once I reach my goal weight and stop going to meetings. My daughter has a genetic condition that requires that I weight and measure and track all her food consumption so I got really turned off on doing that for myself. I am hoping that I can once and for all make a lifestyle change that will allow us to be a healthier and happy family.
