Daily Challenge for Self Esteem

One of the hardest things after losing 58 lbs is readjusting your mind on how you now look. The new body you have may not look the same to you as it does to others. I just want to throw out a tip to boost your self esteem (especially on rough days) that I have been doing for a while now...
Every single time you walk by a mirror, stop and embrace something about this new body. Whether you have lost 1 lb or 100+ lbs find one part that you like and embrace it for the day. Do this daily or just on the days that you feel low and "blah." The best ones for me are my leg muscles, my back (way less back fat), collar bones, eyes and smile. You pick what you like or love about yourself and retrain your mind to be positive! You deserve to be happy.
It works for me!

Great idea Kassie. I think we do have to constantly remind ourselves. Rather than noticing the positive..I always notice the negative..its such a downer..0

I still have days where I PUSH myself to love the positive. On the other hand, I still see negatives. But as a human, its been said we will never be fully satisfied!0
