currently at 188.......have made great strides in getting all my muscle and strength back that i lost in my 4 year "fitness blackout".....my ultimate goal weight is around 180 but just want to lean out as much as i can.....been doing a lot of research.....anyone have any success with this if so what worked for you...i lift 4 days a week and usually do cardio 2-3 times week.

A calorie deficit works for me along with lifting heavy and getting 1g of protein per pound of lbm per day.0
