HRM Fat Burn and Turbo Workouts

I just started Turbo Fire yesterday. Today being my 2nd day , and first day of HIIT15+Stretch 10.

Before TF I did TJam, and JM 30 DS. The most I have seen my fat burn # of my Polar FT7 prior, was after 1hr 23min of Turbo Jam Sculpt and then Cardio party. HRM said "Fat Burn 12:04" "Fitness 1:11:10" .

Let me bring you to day. After HIIT15 and Stretch 10 I stopped my HRM almost immediately. Took a look at my calorie burn, fat burn, and fitness. Total duration was only 30min. Fat Burn said 14:16. Fitness was "15:43" . CRAZY! I am still getting used to everything and got tripped up once or twice, but still gave my all.

What exactly does fat burn time mean? Is that the time the HRM detected actual fat was being "melted"<- dumb question I know.
And what exactly does the fitness number mean? Is it the time frame I was actually helping to do something to my body?
