Okami Brown Rice Sushi Fusion (from CostCo)

Is anyone else addicted to the Okami Brown Rice Sushi Fusion (from CostCo)? The wasabi makes me feel completely full after only a few pieces. It's been a great lunch to take to work. 4 pieces are only 120 calories.

    I don't even know what this is! We go to Costco. Is it just sushi?

    I don't know if it's labeled gluten-free, but the ingredients seem pretty clean. You might want to check it out.

    It is sushi, but with brown rice. One tip I have though is that it's refrigerated, so you have to let it get to room temp before you can taste it. We ate it once right from the fridge and it was not so good. It comes with small packets of sushi ginger, wasabi, and soy. I find it's the wasabi that makes me feel full so I use a lot of it.
