Treadmill

OK people. I just recently got a treadmill, a heavy duty one that gyms usually use (because they have bigger weight capacities than the average treadmill) and I was wondering what workouts people find are best for this home equipment? I have only just got it this week (well, I got it last week, but due to it's size and finding the time to sort it, I only just got it put together yesterday) I weigh quite a lot (just under 300LBS) << Fat, I know! And I need to know, roughly, how much I would lose doing 3 ten minute workouts a day, at between 6KMH and 8KMH. I can handle the ten minutes without any problems, but I am sweating and out of breath afterwards!

Anyone out there know how much I would be burning roughly? If so, let me know!

Any feedback on treadmill routines and programmes would be muchos appreciated!
