That time of the month

I do pretty well on my weight loss journey for about 3 week out of the month. But during "that time of the month" I seem to loose control and willpower a little bit. Is there anything that has worked for you? Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful a I would like to make this a lifestyle change!

I have this problem too... I try to just work out extra that week. Drinking water/tea doesn't help fill me up at all... I still crave & crave.0
