newbie lost 1 pound

okay so I just started here last week. when i put in all my info i put i wanted to lose 2 pounds a week so my calorie count was 1200. i do not go over the calories allowed i log everything i eat i work out everyday and i drink about 10 cups of water a day. any ideas on why i didnt lose the 2 pounds? i am happy i lost one but was expecting 2 or more :)
