Hi: I'm a 57 year old post menopausal women who started out at 250 pounds. I have lost 20 lbs. but now am stuck at 230 pounds. I am walking at least three miles a day and burning 300 or more calories. I guess I would like to know how many calories do I need to take in in order to lose my 8 pounds a month goal. Is the calorie count before or after exercise. In other words would I have to eat 1700 calories before I add my exercise to bring it to1400cal?
