Made myself exercise.

This morning when I woke up, I logged my exercise before I did it. We took the dogs for a 40minute walk. After that, I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of weight training.

I had to... I had already logged it! Maybe this is a subtle way of nagging myself.:wink:

    That's a great idea! I am going to try that on days I have planned workouts. Maybe I'll feel more obligated to follow through if they are already logged.

    I like to log my entire day of food and exercise first thing in the morning. What's the saying? "If you fail to plan, then you actually plan to fail." Something like that.
