how much does zumba burn?

i did a 20 min zumba class on the WII earlier and want to log it but the database doesnt have zumba on it, does anyone know how many cals 20 mins of zumba would burn??

    I use a Polar Heart Rate Monitor for my classes and I burn approximately 650 - 750 calories an hour on average - obviously it will vary from person to person! I still use the zumba calorie website estimate of 608 per hour for wiggle room.

    Definitely use a HRM. I did an hour Zumba class last night but because I'm new and learning, I used aerobic-low impact in the MFP database.
