Stopping the Routine

Usually run 2 1/2 miles but I couldnt finish it this time...why am I getting slower????

    Boredom is the typical answer here. Change up your routine. Takes a special type of mentality to run every single day for their cardio.

    But I have been doing it for a year...but yeah maybe I should change it..more..
