I forgot to weigh in last week. I weighed in last week and lost .8 pounds. Today I weighed in and down from originally of 154.8 to 151.6.0

I'm going home for Christmas and will see friends and family I haven't seen in two and a half years. I'm already down 20 since January this year but have slacked off all summer and am at a standstill at 163. Time to step it up. My goal when I changed my life in January was 145 and I am sticking to that. That's less than 20 pounds, but would LOVE to get there before the holidays this year and be able to say I reached my goal within the year! Count me in!

if you can lose 20 you can lose 25 as long is it isn't putting you super skin and bones.. I have lost 15 looking for another 250 -
