Hi...I'll be leaving for vacation soon, and looking for suggestions on things to do. We're staying in Morgantown, WV and plan to go rafting and cave exploring, probably geocache and hike (and a few breweries along the way I'm sure). Any other ideas from people that know the area?

    I live in Morgantown.

Cooper's Rock is a nearby State Park for some hiking. It is beautiful. If you are inclined, maybe rent a pontoon boat and go out on Cheat Lake. There is a Pete Dye golf course and an Arnold Palmer golf course nearby. There is the Appalachin Art Gallery in Morgantown. And you are never far from civil war battle fields. Prickett's Fort is less than 20 miles.

If you are looking for something specific, feel free to message me. I love it here, and think there is plenty to do.
