Does Insanity makes shoulders broader for woman?

Hi,
I complted insanity , now in my second round and gonna start Insanity asylum next month . My shoulders seems broader nowadays !! (which I don’t want ) I already have a broad shoulders . Did someone else felt the same ??

    shoulder width is not going to change based on your excersise level...BUT you might increase muscle mass in that area giving them a larger appearance. I have broad shoulders too, been that way all my life and it aint gonna change.

    Your shoulders do not get wider.


    Maybe your waist got smaller.

    I also do insanity and know what you mean. My shoulders toned up and gained some muscle mass which made them wider and I would think the same happened with you :)

    Once you're done growing your shoulder width will never change as it is determined by your bone structure.

    'um. If you build up your shoulder muscles, yes they do get wider.

    But no, doing Insanity, especially while on a calorie deficit, should not build significant muscle size.

    not broader but bulk up...more muscle mass.
    The shirt sleeves do feel more tight.
