Is it really wise to drink fruit or veggie drinks that say it contains your daily amount of fruit and vegitables? or I should I just stck to the real deal?

It's best to stick to actual fruits and vegetables. Who knows what is in those drinks. You can drink them but I wouldn't count them toward my daily intake of fruits and veggies. The simple way (and raw way) is the best.0

I like the way that the Naked brand juice drinks taste and bought a few the other week. They are something like 360 calories a bottle. That alone steered me away from them.0
