How many slices of ham equals 100 grams of smoked ham? It's by Country Naturals, gluten free. The facts says for 45 grams but that sounds so small. So I put 2 servings which made it 100. I usually have two moderately thin slices or three. I don't have a scale. If I did, I wouldn't be asking for some help. Lol Any ideas? And it's not cups, I'm slicing it.

A "slice" isn't a standard unit of measure.

A piece of chicken about the size of a deck of cards is 4oz. So, I have to assume it's close to the same for ham. I know that doesn't directly answer your question, but there really isn't an answer for your question.
