I have been trying to sign on to the free tracking that you can do online but it keeps saying "Invalid Active Network Credentials...Please try again". I know that I am typing everything correct and am not sure why this is coming up. Both times I put my password in I know they were right. I am wondering if my system is just not compatible with whatever it is to run this free tracking. Does anyone else know or do this? :grumble:
