I don't know what to eat today!!

Lunch was 1 small roma tomato, 2 cups of 'sweet butter' lettuce, 4 oz. of rotisserie chicken, 1/4 cup of guacamole, and 1/2 cup of Arctic Zero chocolate "ice cream" (Total: 317 calories)
Snack 1 was 1/2 cup of 2% small curd cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of raspberries and 1/4 cup of blueberries. (Total: 143 calories)
Dinner is going to be an Amy's Light and Lean Spaghetti w/ Meatless Meatballs, 6oz of steamed asparagus, and 1 slice of "light" garlic bread. (Total: 410 calories)
So far, that's only 870 calories for the entire day... And I'm already pushing back dinner until like 9:00pm tonight because I'm not hungry. I woke up, thinking I was going to have a great day today and wasn't going to restrict or fall back on ED behaviors. Tbh, I still haven't committed to a 'calorie goal' but I know that my intake needs to be at least 1200 if not 1600-1800.
Ideas?

:bigsmile: I figured out a way to have a 370 calorie sammich before bed! That gets me right up 1240 for the day. I was going to have milk, but I guess I forgot about it because we're completely out! Tomorrow, I'll have that sandwich again for breakfast, and I won't have this problem.0
