Gaining weight, work schedurle?

I've gained almost 4 lbs in the past month, eek. I think it has a lot to do with my work schedule. Because of my work schedule I end up eating at weird times, eating out a lot, and eating dinner very late at night. For example the other night my scheduled lunch break was at 4:30 pm, so even though I wasn't hungry I decided to eat a small dinner then. Then by the time I got out of work at I was starving and I ended up eating dinner at like 11 at night. This is a common occurrence, especially on nights when I work from like 5-10 and I only have a 15 minute break, that's not enough time to eat dinner. Plus I spent my entire shift on my feet, so by the time I get home I am so tired and worn out that I just sit around. Another example is if I have to go into work from 11am-4pm, that's right through lunch time so I end up with only my 15 minute break to eat lunch. Anyone have any suggestions for how to stop gaining weight and start losing weight instead? I would really like to lose 10-15 lbs, not be gaining weight. Thank you so much!
