    It's also very good dipped in hummus! Roasted garlic or red pepper are my favorites.

    Celery is a miracle ingredient! I add to the base of many sauces like ragu etc as it's very clever - it releases the flavours of the other ingredients, so even though it melts into the sauce it makes it taste soo much better!

    Celery and PB is a good snack if you're eating is raw.
