Anyone have problems with your heels?

I'm calling the doctor tomorrow, but I'm curious if anyone else has this issue.
I'm halfway through the 30DS and if you're familiar, you know there's a lot of jumping going on. Since I started level 2, my heel has been getting progressive more tender. It's not significant pain, but it's getting worse. The pain is located around the bone in my heel (sides and above), but it doesn't hurt if I press on my tendon up higher. It hurts to stretch my heel and hurts to put weight on it, but I can still walk. If I keep my toe pointed some (like wear high heels) it feels better.
Any ideas?
