I was a smoker for 12 years (except while pregnant and breast feeding). I quit last week because I got sick, I just kept coughing and coughing, and it scared me. It was a big wake up call. I got paranoid I thought I had throat cancer I could not even talk because I went into a coughing fit. Thankfully it was a viral infection.
The weird thing is….. I don’t have any cravings for cigarettes ( I was scared straight)HOWEVER. I want to eat and eat. Please any ideas how to help me stop with the munchies. I would like to keep losing weight not gain it.

Hi, get out and exercise, it helps! I'm just about to give up (again) and have always found that going to the gym as well as an after dinner walk helps (that's the worst time for looking for something to do instead of smoking, munching...). I also use the Nicotone inhaler which gives your hands and mouth something other to do than eat. Well done and good luck0
