30 Day Shred?

If I'm already pretty active (lift every other day and run every day) will doing the 30 day shred really make a difference for me?

Should I add it into my workout routine or should I sub my workouts for it?

    It's a very intense total body workout. You could try borrowing it from the library to see. Obviously if you add it into your regiment you'll see better results - it depends on how hard you normally workout. I can usually tell after just 3 sessions that I feel stronger and in better shape. Now if I could just stick to it...
  • It doesn't hurt to give it a try! It's on YouTube, so give it a go and see how you find it. I did the 3rd level with my brother's girlfriend last week and that girl is FIT. Bootcamp, cardio boxing and zumba every week. She was sweating buckets when we finally got to the warm-up. Jillian knows how to work your body over.

    Jillian Michael's is amazing. When they say TV's toughest trainer they mean it! I'm doing it right now so feel free to add me! If you can stick with it, it's definitely worth it!
