My super awesome 400 calorie dinner

You'll need:

150g Raw Top Sirloin Beef sliced very thin
100g Raw white mushrooms diced
100g shaved green cabbage
200g Raw Bean Sprouts
1/4 cup Golden Dragon Teriyaki Sauce
Non-stick cooking spray

Preparation:

In one frying pan, stir fry mushrooms using non-stick cooking spray. Add a splash of water and/or soy sauce as needed. Add shaved beef and brown the beef. Add Teriyaki sauce.

In another skillet, heat non-stick cooking spray (or oil of choice - extra calories) and toss in cabbage and bean sprouts. Add a splash of water to the measuring cup that contained the teriyaki sauce for the meat and add it to the sprouts & cabbage... stir fry for about 2 minutes max on high.

Put teriyaki beef/mushrooms over sprouts/cabbage... full dinner plate for 400 calories and it takes about 10 minutes to make in total.
