Great eating day today - I ate well.

Great work out also - I was rocking out on my IPod and the time flew by...

Now, it's 7:30 pm and I have over 500 calories I need to eat... any suggestions?

    Low fat dairy is good, calcium is supposed to help you lose weight. Or protein is also good after a workout. :smile:

    My go to is some nuts, especially raw walnuts or almonds. Or an apple with peanut butter (or almond butter, my new favorite). Or an avocado sliced up with some lemon juice (you have to really like avocado, but that's like 300 calories)

    Or, some popcorn. I pop it on the stovetop and add just a tiny amount of butter (if I'm feeling crazy decadent).

    Uh-oh. . .this is making me hungry.

    hehe, i'm the wrong person to respond to this post probably because my answer would be hooray! i've got enough left over for girl scout cookies and ice cream! and if i'm in the mood for salty too, a serving of chips to go along! haha while i'm laughing at myself, sad but true :flowerforyou:
