What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked (leisurely)
What would I have done differently? Track my calories
What is today's personal goals? Stay within calories, track my calories and go to the gym.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went for a morning run and was still motivated enough later on during the day to take my son out for a walk.
What would I have done differently? nothing
What is today's personal goals? Get my weight lifting done, take my son for a walk while the weather is nice, eat healthy, adequately prepare myself for a busy day tomorrow so I don't blow it then...0 -

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Walked and did not eat my entire dinner (steak)!
What would I have done differently? It was our anniversary, so it's hard to say that I would have eaten differently.
