Have recently lost 15 lbs just walking while my kids were in park classes and watching what I eat. Would love some support from others and advice on how to find time to exercise. Also interested in knowing if you use any dvds or wii games and which ones. Please add me for support! Thanks

    Try putting on a cd or if you have cable music station and dance. It's something you and your kids can have fun with, you can twirl them around, and sweat big time. Other things is to put on a kids movie then have your own workout time to a video while they watch the movie. Other options, like getting up really early, or on your lunch break is a bit stressful to me. Also walking has been good to you so far, why not continue?

    Hey there! I'm a SAHM of 5 and my husband works shift work... gotta roll with it. I run and do Insanity DVDs. I also have a gym in my basement with an assortment of weights, medicine balls, kettlebells etc. and want to start lifting as soon as I finish reading my New Rules of Lifting for Women book and get myself an Olympic bar :D.
